Having worked at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) as Director of Finance & Administration for over 11½ years, Bob brings experience in energy efficiency, finance, and business formation to Acadia’s Board of Directors. NEEP is a regional nonprofit focused on energy efficiency and equitable climate solutions in homes, buildings, industry, and communities for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. Bob was accountable for all non-program work during his tenure, including accounting, finance, legal, human resources, IT, treasury, and administrative functions. Bob also led the spin-off of NEEP’s major initiative, the DesignLights Consortium (DLC), to form and start Efficiency Forward Inc., an independent $10MM nonprofit focused on LED lighting.

Prior to NEEP, Bob was instrumental in business formation and growth, strategic change, and product development as President, COO, CFO, and Director of Finance and Administration at companies in high-tech, manufacturing, distribution, and medical devices. He also has international experience, having been responsible for the technology transfer from a German and Brazilian manufacturer.

Bob holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tufts University.
